Sometimes due to the kind of lifestyle we have chosen, we find ourselves suffering from minor health issues on and off within a space of months and even in some cases, weeks.

1. Getting little sleep

Not getting enough sleep is one of the common habits that may weaken the immune system in the long run. Staying up late regularly will eventually make you prone to numerous health issues and you will see yourself falling ill more often than ever.

 

2. Staying indoors always

Spending very little time outside may also Weaken your immune system. The reason is that, sunlight tends to energize some of the immune system cells known as T-cells that helps fight against infections. So staying inside all the time will put or raise your risk of health issues.

 

3. Not eating enough fruits and vegetables

Eating too little fruits and veggies is another habit that can weaken the immune system. Some people due to ignorance and others due to negligence don’t take fruits and veggies seriously, instead they consume junk, fatty foods and fried foods. This habit weakens the immune system in the long run if some adjustments are not made to ensure the immune system regains.

 

4. Smoking or excessive drinking

Smoking or excessive intake of alcohol also weakens the immune system.
