President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to begin a two-nation working visit, traveling to Japan and Brazil. His journey starts with a brief stopover in Dubai before he arrives in Japan.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the president visit In Tokyo, will call for the Ninth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9), which focuses on “Co-create innovative solutions with Africa.”

During the conference, Tinubu will participate in discussions about Africa’s economic growth and the business environment. He also has plans to hold meetings with Japanese business executives.
Following his visit to Japan, the President will head to Brasilia for a two-day state visit at the invitation of President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
In Brazil, President Tinubu will meet with his counterpart and take part in a business forum with local investors. A team of ministers and government officials will accompany him on this trip.
The goal of the visit is to explore new opportunities for cooperation and sign agreements to strengthen Nigeria’s economic, trade, and diplomatic relationships with both Japan and Brazil.
