A four-storey building housing Yemco Schools in Ogba, Lagos State, collapsed on Monday, but a timely evacuation of students and staff prevented injuries, residents said.
The school is located on Adu Street, behind County Hospital. Witnesses reported that cracks and other warning signs appeared earlier in the day, prompting authorities and school administrators to move everyone out of the building, Eko Hot Blog gathered.
