According to him, the state is working closely with federal and state security agencies, as well as traffic management authorities, to coordinate logistics and maintain order throughout the visit.
“We are working closely with federal and state agencies to ensure that all arrangements for the President’s visit are seamless, secure, and befitting of the occasion,” Omotoso said, urging residents to comply with traffic advisories and security guidelines.
He noted that the projects lined up for commissioning reflect the administration’s investment in infrastructure, transportation, education, and public sector development under Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu.
Among the projects to be inaugurated is the Ojota Opebi Link Bridge, designed to ease traffic congestion within the metropolis. Others include the Lagos State Geographic Information Service building, a multi agency complex named after the President, a newly completed school complex, and the Mid Level Agro Produce Hub located in Abijo, Ibeju Lekki.
Omotoso highlighted the Tolu Schools Complex in Ajegunle as one of the flagship projects, noting that it comprises 36 public schools, 31 secondary and 5 primary, spread across 11.73 hectares and serving about 20,000 pupils.

He explained that the redevelopment of the complex, originally built during the administration of former governor Lateef Jakande, represents a major upgrade in educational infrastructure.
The facility features modern amenities, including sports courts, a football pitch with a running track, a health centre, a fire station, solar power systems, and dedicated infrastructure for persons living with disabilities.
Omotoso added that the Lagos State Infrastructure Asset Management Agency will oversee the maintenance of the facilities to ensure sustainability.
He expressed confidence that the projects would improve mobility, stimulate economic activities, and enhance the quality of life for residents, reaffirming the state government’s commitment to development.
