The All Progressives Congress primary election for the Lagos State House of Assembly seat in Epe Constituency II has produced Ogunkelu Sylvester Oluwadahunsi as the winner of the exercise

Eko Hot Blog reports that the results from the official party collation sheet showed that Hon. Ogunkelu Sylvester secured a total of 15,810 votes to emerge victorious in the primary election conducted across the wards within the constituency.

The primary election, which formed part of the APC’s preparations for the 2027 general elections, featured participation from several aspirants seeking the party’s ticket for Epe Constituency II.
According to the collated results, Hon. Ogunkelu recorded the highest number of votes among all aspirants who participated in the exercise.
The result sheet also showed that the primary election recorded a total vote count of 18,391 across the constituency.
Following the conclusion of the exercise, party stakeholders, supporters, and political associates of the lawmaker expressed excitement over the outcome, describing it as a reflection of the grassroots support and acceptance he enjoys across Epe Constituency II.
Hon. Ogunkelu Sylvester, popularly known as “Sketel,” currently represents Epe Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly and has remained active in grassroots political engagement and constituency activities across the division.
The emergence of the lawmaker has continued to generate reactions among APC members and residents across Eredo LCDA and other parts of the constituency as political activities intensify ahead of the general elections.
