Led by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, Eko Hot Blog reports that the comprehensive media familiarisation visit allowed journalists to participate in day and night air and ground reconnaissance, observe strategic command briefings, and interact directly with combat personnel.

Addressing journalists during the operational embedded exercise in Borno State, Air Commodore Ejodame emphasized that projecting purposeful lethality against insurgents must go hand in hand with open, accurate communication to the Nigerian public.
Briefing the press on tactical operations, the Air Component Commander of Operation Hadin Kai, Air Commodore M.B. Ahmed, explained the extensive intelligence protocols involved in aerial bombardment and close air support.
Covering a vast operational zone spanning over 200,000 square kilometers across Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa states, pilots remain on high alert for immediate scrambled deployments.
Air Commodore Ahmed highlighted that every kinetic strike is preceded by rigorous real-time Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) monitoring to verify enemy positions and guarantee zero friendly fire or civilian collateral damage.
He also commended Air Marshal Aneke for prioritizing troop welfare through dedicated personnel airlift logistics and enhanced daily feeding allowances, which have significantly bolstered combat morale across the theatre.
