Alaro City Visits Epe Grammar School To Support Development

- Alaro City visited Epe Grammar School on February 12, 2025, to support school development, courtesy of Alhaji Lekan Fariu Akodu.

Alaro City visited Epe Grammar School on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, to support the school’s development, thanks to the efforts of Alhaji Lekan Fariu Akodu, a dedicated old student. This visit is part of the commitment of the school’s alumni to improve learning conditions for students.
Ekohotblog reports that Alhaji Akodu played a key role in bringing Alaro City on board, stressing the need for private companies to help improve the school’s facilities.

“We want to make sure that Epe Grammar School becomes one of the best again. Education is very important, and we must do all we can to provide a good learning environment,” said Alhaji Akodu.
During the visit, Alaro City representatives inspected the school’s facilities and promised to take on one of the most urgent projects. This step aligns with their mission to support education and community development.
One of the representatives of Alaro City said:
“We believe in giving back to the community. Education is the foundation of progress, and by helping Epe Grammar School, we are investing in the future.”

The school’s management and Alumni Association expressed their gratitude for the support. Mrs. Olushola Alade-Raji, the National President of the Epe Grammar School Old Students Association, appreciated Alaro City’s efforts, saying:
“This is a great step forward. It will open doors for more partnerships to improve the school and help the students.”
Others present at the visit included Prince Balogun Agbaje (Class of 1971-75), the Principal of the Senior School, Mrs. Ayodele, and Alaro City representatives.
