The Executive Chairman of Ikosi–Ejinrin Local Council Development Area, Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, has extended warm birthday felicitations to His Royal Majesty, Oba Rafiu Ishola Babatunde Balogun (Ejalonibu I), the Elejinrin of Ejinrin Kingdom, describing his reign as a symbol of purposeful leadership and cultural pride.

Eko Hot Blog reports that in a statement issued on the occasion of the monarch’s birthday, Anomo joined the people of Ejinrin, as well as friends and well-wishers across the country, to celebrate the revered traditional ruler, acknowledging his decades of service to his kingdom and humanity.
The council chairman noted that the monarch’s life and reign reflect dignity, wisdom, and a deep commitment to the growth and unity of his people.
“Your Majesty, this milestone is a testament to a life devoted to purpose, dignity, and unwavering service to your people,” he stated.
He further commended Oba Balogun for upholding the values of tradition while embracing progress, adding that his leadership continues to inspire respect within and beyond Ejinrin Kingdom.
Anomo emphasized that the Elejinrin’s impact on the traditional institution remains significant, particularly in promoting peace, cultural preservation, and community development.
“As you celebrate this special day, we honour your enduring legacy, your steadfast commitment to the peace and development of your kingdom, and the remarkable impact you continue to make,” he added.
The chairman also offered prayers for the monarch, wishing him continued good health, strength, and many more years of fruitful reign on the throne.
“May Almighty God bless Your Majesty with sound health, renewed strength, and the grace to witness many more fulfilling years,” he said.
On behalf of the Executive Cabinet, Legislative Arm, Management, Staff, and the people of Ikosi–Ejinrin LCDA, Anomo congratulated the monarch and wished him a joyous birthday celebration.
