Fasuyi emphasized that the campaign, which formally kicks off on April 27, will be built on the “ballot of performance.”
He argued that the administration’s achievements over the last four years serve as the primary marketing tool for the electorate.
According to the campaign team, the strategy will focus on door-to-door engagement within every local unit, ward, and local government area.
Detailing the reasons for the governor’s high approval ratings, Fasuyi noted that Ekiti has seen significant road projects across all 16 local government areas and 22 LCDAs.
He also highlighted the comprehensive renovation of health centers and schools, the restoration of teacher training programs, and the state’s ranking as one of the most secure in Nigeria.
“On transparency, Ekiti scored 100 out of 100 as a Progressive Performer in the fourth quarter of 2024,” Fasuyi stated.
He added that the state now boasts the lowest food inflation in the country, a feat he attributed to the revival of farm settlements and strategic economic management.
The campaign organization also pointed to the administration’s gender-inclusive leadership as a point of pride.

Key positions, including the Deputy Governor, Secretary to the State Government, and Head of Service, are currently held by women.
Looking forward, the campaign highlighted the upcoming Ekiti Knowledge Zone as a pillar for future economic growth.
Addressing potential electoral friction, Fasuyi issued a stern warning to party supporters to maintain a “clean and vigorous” engagement.
“Perish the thought of violence from our side,” he told reporters. “We have told every one of our members to market our record and not abuse any opponent.”
As the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) timetable progresses, the APC appears confident that Governor Oyebanji’s “Renewed Hope” at the state level will resonate with voters, aiming for a “clean sweep” that would solidify the party’s dominance in the Land of Honour and Passion.
