Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in graphic design, preferably within the real estate industry, and a keen eye for aesthetics. This role requires designing visually compelling marketing materials that effectively showcase our properties and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality marketing materials, including property brochures, email campaigns, pitch decks, and other promotional content.
• Create visually appealing branding elements, including logos and brand assets, that align with company values.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging graphics for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all media channels.
• Assist in designing proposals and presentations, incorporating floor plans, site plans, and other property visuals.
• Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence with compelling visual content.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of web design and user experience principles.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
