The Education Secretary of the Local Government Education Authority (LGEA), Epe, Hon. Shittu Aliu Idowu Saico, has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Chairman of the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB), Dr. Hakeem Babatunde Shittu, on the occasion of his birthday.
