Members of the Doka community in Kaduna State have formally petitioned Governor Uba Sani to launch a thorough investigation into the mysterious death of Ahmed Musa, a Senior Secondary Two student at Government Technical College, Malali.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Ahmed, whose body was discovered on the school premises on Sunday, February 16, 2025, was identified as the son of journalist and activist Musa Muhammed.

In a statement, Muhammed claimed that his son had been “brutally murdered by an unknown person,” noting that Ahmed’s body showed signs of severe blunt force trauma and strangulation.

In response, the Kaduna Doka Development Association (KDDA) submitted a petition titled “Urgent Appeal for Justice in the Murder of One of Our Member’s Son (Ahmed Musa) at Technical College, Malali.”

KDDA Chairman Sani Rabiu Bako expressed profound sorrow over the loss, emphasizing that the violent act had deeply impacted both the victim’s family and the broader community.

“This heinous act has not only devastated the victim’s family but has also deeply affected our entire community,” Bako said. He urged the governor’s intervention to ensure that those responsible are swiftly brought to justice.

Bako also raised concerns about security in educational institutions, highlighting the association’s longstanding commitment to promoting peace and unity in the community. “We believe that prompt and decisive action from your office can restore public confidence in the justice system and demonstrate that such acts of violence will not be tolerated,” he added.
