The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSCE, MNATE), on Saturday, February 28, 2026, hosted the annual Ramadan public lecture organized by the League of Imams and Alfas, Lekki LCDA, at his family residence in Otolu.
