The lawmaker representing Epe Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Sylvester Ogunkelu, has commenced another phase of road grading in Elude CDA, Iraye-Oke, located in Eredo Local Council Development Area.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the project, which began on March 13, 2026, is part of ongoing efforts by the lawmaker to improve road accessibility and strengthen community development across his constituency.
Residents of the area expressed appreciation as the grading work progressed, noting that improved road conditions would ease transportation challenges and enhance economic activities within the community.
Speaking on the initiative, the lawmaker reaffirmed his commitment to providing quality representation and delivering projects that directly impact the lives of his constituents.
“My priority remains the welfare of my people, and I will continue to support initiatives that improve the living conditions of our communities.”
The road grading exercise is expected to improve mobility for residents and motorists in the Elude CDA axis, particularly during the rainy season when untarred roads often become difficult to access.
Observers say the initiative reflects the lawmaker’s continued focus on grassroots development and community-centered governance across Epe Division.
