Represented by his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, Tinubu said the programme seeks to address the long standing gap between those who design policies and those who implement them in real business environments.
“One side works with framework and projections, the other works with immediacy and risk. Bringing both into the same room is not symbolic; it is necessary,” he said.
He stressed that for policies to be effective, they must reflect real experiences, noting that businesses operate under challenging conditions that require practical and responsive governance.
According to the President, the initiative will ensure continuous engagement rather than one off interactions, allowing government to better understand and respond to the needs of entrepreneurs.

Tinubu also acknowledged the role of Nigerian entrepreneurs in sustaining the economy despite difficult conditions, assuring them that the government remains committed to improving the business environment.
Also speaking, the Minister of Arts, Culture and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa, highlighted the potential of the creative and digital sectors, describing them as key drivers of investment and economic growth.
She noted that ongoing reforms are aimed at boosting investor confidence and strengthening the country’s economic framework.
In her remarks, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Entrepreneurship Development, Chalya Shagaya, said the initiative reflects the administration’s commitment to building an inclusive economy driven by innovation and job creation.
She added that entrepreneurs will play a central role in achieving Nigeria’s long term goal of building a trillion dollar economy.
