President Bola Tinubu used the Easter holiday to hold high-level discussions with leading figures in Nigeria’s business community, focusing on the country’s economic direction and reform agenda.
Eko Hot Blog reports that among those who met with the President at his Ikoyi residence in Lagos were prominent industrialists Femi Otedola and Aliko Dangote.

The visit, which took place on Easter Sunday, centred on how ongoing government reforms can translate into tangible benefits for Nigerians.

Sharing details of the meeting on social media, Otedola said the conversation explored ways to strengthen the economy and ensure that citizens feel the impact of policy changes.

Also on Sunday, Tinubu received Abdul Samad Rabiu, Chairman of BUA Group, who visited to extend Sallah greetings and mark the President’s recent 74th birthday.

The President is currently in Lagos for the Easter break, following a series of official activities, including the inauguration of the Gateway Cargo International Airport in Iperu, Ogun State.
Prior to that, he had travelled to Jos to commiserate with families affected by a recent attack that claimed several lives.
The engagements highlight the administration’s ongoing efforts to strengthen ties with the private sector while addressing economic challenges and national concerns.
