Curvy Nollywood actress, Biodun Okeowo, popularly known as Omoborty, has accused Nollywood marketers of forcing her out of the movie industry due to her refusal to give in to their demands.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that Omoborty, who recently tied the knot with her US-based partner, Adeniyi Olabiyi, in July 2024, has been absent from the screen for years.

Addressing concerns about her disappearance in an Instagram post on Saturday, the actress revealed that she faced intense sexual pressure from marketers, which ultimately led to her exit from the industry.
She alleged that marketers blacklisted her, instructed producers not to cast her, and even removed her image from a movie poster despite her playing the lead role. Frustrated by these actions, she decided to step away from acting.

“They caused so much damage to my career that I eventually lost interest in acting. I developed hatred for a profession I once loved and started turning down roles,” she wrote.
Omoborty expressed gratitude for overcoming the challenges, stating that she is now thriving despite the setbacks. “That’s a story for another day, but God will judge evildoers. I’m a living testimony today, and I’m doing extremely well,” she added.
