This window is for citizens who registered during the latest Continuous Voter Registration process. The Commission emphasized the crucial nature of the exercise, stressing that voters must retrieve their cards in person at their respective Registration Areas, as no collections by proxy will be sanctioned.

The Commission has also scheduled a mock accreditation exercise for Saturday, October 25, 2025, which will involve selected polling units across the state’s three senatorial districts.
The primary objective of this exercise is to thoroughly test the upgraded Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), assess its functional efficiency, and evaluate the process of securely transmitting results to the INEC Result Viewing (IReV) Portal before the main election.

Selected locations include polling units within Awka South, Idemili North, Oyi, Anambra East, Aguata, and Orumba North. INEC is actively encouraging residents in these areas to participate in the mock accreditation to provide feedback, which will help optimize both the operational and technological aspects of the upcoming vote.
INEC concluded by reaffirming its commitment to operational efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder confidence, assuring the public of a smooth and credible electoral process for the November 8 governorship election.
