The Super Eagles camp in Antalya, Turkey, has swelled to 22 players as preparations intensified for upcoming international friendlies against Iran and Jordan.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Defender Calvin Bassey has, however, withdrawn from the squad after suffering a back injury, forcing a late adjustment for the technical crew.
Preparations began on Tuesday, March 24, at the Bellis Deluxe Hotel, with an initial batch of 15 players reporting for duty. Winger Samuel Chukwueze and goalkeeper Maduka Okoye arrived later that night to boost the numbers.
More players joined the camp on Wednesday morning, including Ademola Lookman, Igoh Ogbu, Raphael Onyedika, Akor Adams and Zaidu Sanusi.
Midfielder and captain Wilfred Ndidi has also linked up with the squad as training sessions gather momentum.
The coaching crew led by Éric Chelle is expected to supervise the team’s first full training session later today as preparations intensify.
Other players already in camp include Alex Iwobi, Paul Onuachu, Moses Simon, Francis Uzoho, Frank Onyeka, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Semi Ajayi, Adebayo Adeleye, Chidera Ejuke and Philip Otele.

Nigeria will face Iran at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 27, before taking on Jordan next Tuesday as the three-time African champions fine-tune preparations for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
