The All Progressives Congress has released its timetable and schedule of activities for the 2027 general elections, outlining key dates and fees for aspirants seeking elective positions under the party.
The schedule, signed by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, provides timelines for the sale of forms, screening, appeals and primary elections. It also details the cost of nomination and expression of interest forms for various offices.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that according to the timetable, aspirants for the presidential ticket are required to pay ₦100 million, while governorship aspirants will pay ₦50 million. Those seeking Senate seats are to pay ₦20 million, House of Representatives aspirants ₦10 million, and State House of Assembly hopefuls ₦6 million.
In a statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the party assured members and stakeholders of a transparent and credible primary election process.
The APC said the outlined activities are designed to strengthen internal democracy and ensure fairness in the selection of candidates ahead of the 2027 polls.
According to the schedule, the sale of nomination and expression of interest forms will commence on Saturday, April 25, and end on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
This will be followed by the screening of aspirants for State Houses of Assembly, House of Representatives, Senate and governorship positions between May 6 and May 8.
The screening of presidential aspirants is scheduled for May 9, while the presidential primary election will hold between May 15 and May 16.

The party noted that the timetable reflects its early preparations for the 2027 elections and its commitment to a structured and organised process.
It added that all aspirants are expected to comply strictly with the guidelines as outlined in the schedule.
