Residents and supporters of the All Progressives Congress across Epe Constituency I are expected to converge tomorrow for the much-anticipated “Decisive Walk for Asiwaju,” an initiative organized by Abiodun Tobun in support of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the progressive ideals of the APC.

Eko Hot Blog reports that the solidarity walk is designed to further strengthen grassroots support for President Tinubu while reaffirming the loyalty and commitment of APC members and stakeholders within Epe Division.
Ahead of the event, the media office of Hon. Tobun described the walk as a peaceful and well-intentioned mobilization exercise aimed at promoting unity, solidarity, and continuity within the ruling party.
According to the statement, the event was conceived as a people-driven movement to demonstrate unwavering support for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the leadership direction of the APC.
“The ‘Decisive Walk for Asiwaju’ is a legitimate and peaceful mobilization initiative by committed party stakeholders and supporters who share a common goal — to demonstrate unwavering support for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” the statement read.
The media office also dismissed reports suggesting otherwise, insisting that the walk is not targeted at undermining any existing party structure but rather complements ongoing efforts to strengthen the APC across Epe Constituency I.
Supporters, youth groups, market men and women, transport unions, artisans, and party faithful have been encouraged to participate fully in the event, which is expected to attract a large turnout across the constituency.
Hon. Tobun, known for his grassroots political engagement and mobilization efforts within Epe Division, reiterated his commitment to promoting peace, unity, and continuous development through active participation within the APC framework.
Political stakeholders within the constituency believe the walk will further consolidate support for President Tinubu and reinforce APC’s grassroots presence across Epe ahead of future political activities.
