As the administration of Akogun Wale Raji Anomo continues to strengthen its commitment to purposeful and people-centered governance, the Supervisor for Budget, Planning, Information and Strategy in Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area, Hon. AbdulHamid Areh, has urged staff of the Budget, Planning, Research and Statistics Department to remain diligent and dedicated in their duties.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the charge was delivered during a familiarization meeting held at the Council Secretariat in Agbowa, where the Special Adviser on Budget, Hon. Onanuga Titilope, and the Head of Department, Mrs. Aremu Olufunmilayo, were also in attendance.

Hon. Areh commended the staff for their resilience, consistency, and unwavering dedication over the years, noting that their contributions have remained pivotal in sustaining the council’s planning and budgeting framework.
He emphasized the strategic importance of the department to the overall success of the administration’s development agenda, stressing the need for professionalism, precision, and teamwork in ensuring effective planning and seamless execution of government programmes.
Reaffirming his commitment, alongside that of the Special Adviser, to fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment, Hon. Areh assured the staff of continued support aimed at boosting productivity and delivering meaningful impact for residents.

Earlier in her remarks, the Head of Department, Mrs. Aremu Olufunmilayo, presented an overview of the department’s structure, ongoing activities, and operational framework, while also highlighting key challenges and opportunities for growth.
