The message, signed by the Coordinator of the Planning Committee, Barr. Bayo Saliu-Okulu, offered prayers for the community’s well-being.
“We pray that Almighty Allah grants us all the blessings of the Holy Month and to witness more of this sacred season on the surface of the earth, in greater health and unity,” the statement read.
A significant portion of the felicitation was dedicated to the traditional and religious leadership of Epe. The committee gave special recognition to the Mogaji-Ngeri, the Olu Epe-in-Council, the Grand Chief Imam, as well as the Alfas and Bales.
These leaders were praised for their steadfastness and for providing a source of strength and guidance to the community during the holy month.
