EKO HOT BLOG reports that the President is expected to spend the upcoming Sallah holiday in Lagos, where he will observe the break before resuming official duties.
Tinubu departed London on Thursday night after a two-day visit hosted by Charles III and Camilla.
He had earlier left Abuja on Tuesday, March 17, for the visit as a guest of the British royal family.
During the visit, the President and his delegation were hosted at Windsor Castle from March 18 to March 19.
The visit marked the first by a Nigerian leader to the United Kingdom in 37 years and made Tinubu the first Nigerian president to be hosted by a British monarch at Windsor Castle.
Nigeria and the United Kingdom share longstanding diplomatic ties, and the visit focused on strengthening cooperation in areas such as immigration, trade, investment and cultural exchange.
While at Windsor Castle, the President and the First Lady viewed a special exhibition of items from the Royal Collection related to Nigeria. The King also held private discussions with Tinubu and engaged with organisations involved in interfaith dialogue.
A state banquet was hosted by the Royal Family in honour of the Nigerian delegation.
On the sidelines of the visit, Tinubu held a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Keir Starmer at 10 Downing Street.

The meeting led to expanded bilateral engagements between both countries, culminating in the signing of several Memoranda of Understanding covering trade, investment, defence and cultural cooperation.
