The Thanni Oladunjoye Older People Care Center remains a critical institution dedicated to the care of the elderly across Epe Division, focusing on their medical, mental, and physical wellbeing.
With over 2,000 registered beneficiaries, the center provides free healthcare services including medical consultations, medications, physiotherapy, and surgical interventions.
During her visit, Hon. Kenny Kadri Edu commended the founder, Tunde Thanni, for his vision and unwavering dedication to supporting the aged. She described the initiative as impactful and worthy of recognition.
Highlighting her personal connection to the center, she revealed that her mother is among the beneficiaries, a factor she said strengthens her commitment to supporting the initiative.
“My message to the founder is that may Almighty Allah reward him and continue to strengthen him,” she said.
She also offered prayers for the elderly residents, wishing them good health, healing, and long life, while encouraging them to continue praying for the nation and its leaders.
The visit was met with heartfelt appreciation from beneficiaries, whose expressions of gratitude reflected the impact of the intervention.
