The Herdsmen attack occurred on Thursday night in Waya, Jato-Aka, Turan, according to reports.
According to Lawrence Akerigba, a resident of the village, ten bodies of victims of the Herdsmen attack have been retrieved thus far.
Many more, he claims, remain unaccounted for after the Herdsmen attack.
Gbaeren Orsoo, Terdoo Tsega, Bemdoo Tsega, Abacha Tsega, Terkaa Tsega, Aôndoaseer Tyov, Iorhen Atim, and Aôndowase Igba were among those killed, Lawrence noted.
Their bodies were allegedly put at the Jato-Aka morgue.
Hon. Mrs. Tartor Chianson, Chairperson of Kwande Local Government, confirmed the Herdsmen attack to the press.
She confirmed the recovery of eight bodies, which were sent to the morgue.
She stated that because the area was under siege, it was difficult to determine the precise number of casualties.
