He cited an alleged attack on an Iranian cargo vessel, continued naval restrictions on Iranian ports, and delays in enforcing a ceasefire in Lebanon as evidence of violations.

The tensions come amid a broader conflict involving Iran, the United States, and Israel, which escalated following the reported killing of Ali Khamenei in late February.
Although both sides previously held talks aimed at ending the hostilities, negotiations have yet to produce an agreement.
The discussions have been taking place alongside a fragile two week ceasefire that began on April 8.
US President Donald Trump recently announced plans for American negotiators to travel to Pakistan for another round of talks. However, Iran has not confirmed whether it will participate.
Baqaei stated that no decision has been made on future negotiations, indicating uncertainty about the next steps in the diplomatic process.

He also addressed key issues in the stalled talks, including Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium and the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, which remains largely restricted.
According to him, the possibility of transferring enriched uranium to the United States has never been considered by Iran, either in current discussions or previously.
