Jose Mourinho fears Tanguy Ndombele is plotting an escape route from Tottenham.

But Mourinho is determined to try and turn Ndombele’s Spurs career around and wants to help make him a success at White Hart Lane.

It comes after it was reported in France by sources close to Ndombele that the £55m midfielder is considering his future after his public training session with Mourinho this week.

Mourinho rang on Ndombele’s intercom, told him: “come down, we’re going for a jog and their work out on Hadley Common caused outrage for flouting Government social distancing guidelines.
