EKO HOT BLOG reports that Onanuga said the opposition party had yet to provide Nigerians with a detailed governance plan despite positioning itself as an alternative to the ruling All Progressives Congress.
In a statement shared on his 𝕏 account on Friday, the presidential aide revealed that he visited the party’s website on two separate occasions in search of its manifesto and governance agenda but could not find any accessible document outlining the party’s plans for the country.
According to him, the party recently became the political platform for former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and former Kano State governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, yet it still lacks publicly available policy documents.
Onanuga stated that he intended to compare the party’s proposed agenda with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu and the APC.
He explained that although the website contained a section inviting users to download the party’s manifesto, repeated attempts to access the document proved unsuccessful because no file was uploaded.

The presidential aide further alleged that despite the party being registered in February, it had only displayed a few policy points described as pillars without publishing a complete manifesto or detailed policy framework.
The criticism comes amid growing political activities and alignments ahead of the 2027 general election, with opposition parties positioning themselves to challenge the ruling APC.
