EKO HOT BLOG reports that the move follows what has been described as an underwhelming campaign, with the club ready to take decisive action involving several senior players.
At the centre of the planned changes is David Alaba, whose contract is set to expire in June. The defender is not expected to be offered a new deal, bringing his time at the Santiago Bernabeu to an end.
Defensive reshuffling could continue with Antonio Rudiger also nearing the end of his contract and likely to move on. Dani Carvajal is in a similar situation as his current deal runs down.
In midfield, Eduardo Camavinga has emerged as a potential departure despite his importance to the squad. The 23 year old has attracted interest from several European clubs, with Madrid reportedly open to offers around €50 million.
Changes are also expected in the full back positions, with Ferland Mendy and Fran García no longer considered part of the club’s long term plans after slipping down the pecking order.

The planned exits signal a significant reset as Real Madrid look to rebuild and strengthen their squad for the upcoming season.
