Shrine, Graves Uncovered In Anambra Hotel, State Government Takes Action

Operatives of Agunechemba, a newly launched security outfit in Anambra State, have reportedly uncovered 30 graves and a shrine within the premises of a popular hotel in Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area.
The discovery, made on Saturday following a tip-off from a concerned citizen, has caused widespread shock. Viral videos recorded by the operatives show neatly partitioned graves and a shrine within the hotel compound.

In response to the alarming find, Mr. Ejimofor Opera, an aide to Anambra State Governor Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, announced that the hotel, identified as Udoka Golden Point Hotel and Suites (also known as La Cruise Hotel), is being demolished in accordance with the Anambra State Homeland Security Law.
“The demolition of a kidnappers’ den disguised as a hotel is underway,” Opera stated, sharing videos of the demolition to back his claims.

While some reports suggest that the hotel is owned by a native doctor, this has not been officially confirmed. Meanwhile, police authorities in Anambra are yet to release a formal statement regarding the incident.
