EKO HOT BLOG reports that Oseni made the remark on Saturday during a rally held at Apata, Ido Local Government Area, to endorse President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and his 2027 re-election bid. The event also marked one year of grassroots mobilisation by the Remi Oseni Coalition Forum (ROCOF), a movement he founded to promote progress, equity, and empowerment among artisans and traders in Oyo State.
“I became who I am today because I benefited from free education,” Oseni said. “That is why Tinubu’s student loan scheme moves me deeply. It is one of the most visionary policies of this administration, offering freedom to any Nigerian youth who desires education but is limited by finances.”
He noted that the initiative would help bridge the gap between the rich and the poor, ensuring that children from low-income families have access to higher education. “Education liberates you from the prison of ignorance. This policy offers every willing Nigerian youth the chance to break free and become productive citizens,” he added.
Commending Tinubu for prioritising human capital development despite economic challenges, Oseni said the policy was more than an education reform but a “social reformation strategy” that would define Nigeria’s future.
He also reiterated that ROCOF’s mission extends beyond politics, focusing on empowerment and education rather than personal ambition. “My goal is to deliver one million votes for Tinubu in 2027 and return APC to Agodi Government House,” he stated.
