The Iranian government maintains that the UAE bears a legal obligation to provide full reparation for the ongoing hostilities, encompassing both material and moral damages incurred by the Iranian people during the conflict.
This diplomatic offensive follows the escalation of military aggression in the region and specifically targets the logistical support provided by regional neighbors to U.S. and Israeli forces.
This demand for compensation comes in the wake of a poignant final message from Iran’s late security chief, Ali Larijani, which was published shortly before his assassination.

He stated that, with few exceptions, no Islamic nation had stood alongside the Iranian people during the onslaught by the “Great Satan” and “Lesser Satan,” referring to America and Israel respectively.
Despite the lack of regional solidarity, Larijani’s final posts emphasized a hardening of Tehran’s ideological commitment to its path of resistance.
The Iranian leadership has signaled that any nation facilitating strikes against its territory will be held legally and financially accountable.
As the war continues to rage, the formal letter to the UN underscores Iran’s intent to pursue international legal avenues against its neighbors for their roles in the ongoing devastation.
