The event, held at the Secretariat Hall, brought together beneficiaries, retirees, and council officials in a show of appreciation and support.
Speaking at the programme, Engr. Kasali praised the retirees for their years of selfless service to Lekki LCDA and Lagos State.
He described the initiative as a demonstration of the council’s commitment to staff welfare and support for families left behind.
“This programme is our way of appreciating your years of sacrifice and commitment to public service,” he said. “As an administration, we believe that workers deserve dignity, care, and support, not only while in service but also after retirement.”
