The Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Hon. Princess Surah Olayemi Animashaun, has described the Ojúde Ọba celebration as a significant cultural event that promotes unity, love, and harmony among the people, particularly during the festive period of Ileya.
Eko Hot Blog reports that speaking during the 2026 Ojúde Ọba celebration in Epe Kingdom, the council chairman noted that the annual gathering provides an opportunity for sons and daughters of Epe to reconnect with their roots, strengthen communal bonds, and celebrate their shared heritage.
