Speaking about the initiative, Hon. Ogunkelu reaffirmed his dedication to addressing infrastructural challenges in Eredo LCDA.

“Our focus is on making life easier for our people by ensuring that critical road networks are accessible. These roads connect vital areas within the LCDA, and improving them will have a ripple effect on transportation, commerce, and daily life,” he said.

Residents have expressed their gratitude for the road grading efforts, commending the lawmaker for his proactive approach to development.

“I’ve lived on Oriyorin Road for years, and this is the first time we’re seeing such improvements. It will make moving around much easier, especially during this festive season,” said Mr. Femi Balogun, a resident of Odo-Ragunshi.

Another resident, Mrs. Ireti Ogunbowale from Igboye, lauded the project, saying, “Town Hall Road is now passable for both vehicles and pedestrians. Hon. Ogunkelu has shown he truly listens to the needs of the people.”

More roads are set to be graded in the coming weeks, according to Hon. Ogunkelu’s team, who reiterated that this project is only the beginning of broader plans to address infrastructure within Eredo LCDA.
