In a tragic turn of events, the daughter of Mohammed Bello Sifawa, Secretary to the Sokoto State Government, along with her three children, perished in a devastating fire that engulfed their home in the early hours of Monday morning.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the deceased is the wife of Alhaji Muhammadu Yusuf Bello, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Development who was among the family members asleep when the fire broke out.

Tragically, the husband and father, Alhaji Muhammadu Yusuf Bello, was the only survivor of the incident.
As of the latest reports, the cause of the fire remains under investigation by the authorities.
The victims, which include the housewife and her three children, will be laid to rest at the Sheikh Shehu Usmanu Danfodiyo Mosque Sifawa.
The funeral is scheduled to take place at midnight today at the family home of the Secretary to the Sokoto State Government, who is also the father of the deceased housewife.
