Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez Gets Six-Month Driving Ban in Wales
Fernandez was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Porsche involved in running a red light in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, in November 2023, according to BBC Sport.

The 23-year-old was also convicted of a similar offence related to the same car being caught speeding in Swansea a month later.
Despite not appearing at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday—having played for Argentina in Colombia the day before—Fernandez was ordered to pay £3,020 in fines and costs.
The Porsche Cayenne was reported to have run a red light on Church Street in Llanelli on 28 November and was later caught speeding on Carmarthen Road in Swansea on 20 December.
Although it wasn’t proven that Fernandez was driving on either occasion, the court was told that he failed to respond to requests for information from Dyfed-Powys Police and South Wales Police regarding the vehicle’s driver.

With nine penalty points already on his licence for previous speeding offences, Fernandez received six penalty points for each failure to provide information, leading to an immediate driving ban.
In addition to the ban, Fernandez was ordered to pay £2,000 in fines, £210 in costs, and an £800 surcharge, all due by 9 October.
