Job Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee construction and execution plans for interior spaces.
- Produce detailed shop drawings for fabrication, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings for design presentations.
- Select and recommend materials, finishes, and color schemes to enhance interior aesthetics.
- Assist in preparing quotations and project documentation.
- Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance design visuals and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in interior architecture, construction, and shop drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or other 3D rendering software.
- Strong skills in mood board creation and design presentation.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to accurately interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
