Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee construction and execution plans for interior spaces.
• Produce detailed shop drawings for fabrication, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings for design presentations.
• Select and recommend materials, finishes, and color schemes to enhance interior aesthetics.
• Assist in preparing quotations and project documentation.
• Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance design visuals and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in interior architecture, construction, and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or other 3D rendering software.
• Strong skills in mood board creation and design presentation.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
• Ability to accurately interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
