Job Position: Front Desk Executive

Location: Lagos (Lekki Phase 1 preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N170,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and deliveries.
Maintain an organized front desk and assist with administrative duties.
Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and support the customer service team.
Oversee social media interactions and website chatbot responses.
Ensure professional and efficient customer service at all times.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in front office management (post-NYSC).
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Must be female with a commanding personality.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Must live close to Lekki Phase 1.
Occasionally required to work weekends.
