Consulting and Biz Solutions Limited (CBSL), a top financial services firm, is seeking an Experienced Account Officer to join its team in Ojota, Lagos.

Job Title: Experienced Account Officer

Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Journal Entries: Record and process journal entries for accurate financial transactions.
• Accounts Receivable: Update and manage receivables, issuing invoices to clients.
• Accounts Payable: Reconcile and update payable accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Financial Statements: Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports.
• Expense Review: Verify payroll records and expenses for compliance.
• Data Management: Maintain financial records in databases for accuracy.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
• Month-End Closings: Assist senior accountants with monthly and annual financial closings.
• Special Projects: Support additional accounting tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Key Competencies:
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional Qualifications:
  • Financial planning and budgeting expertise.
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary:

N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly
