With more than six decades of memories woven into a vibrant tapestry, Babatunde was showered with a heartwarming birthday gift from his beloved wife, Fadekemi Bashorun. It was a humble yet a watershed celebration, a milestone of love and laughter, shared with their nearest and dearest.

On March 30, 2023, the enchanting celebration took place in the Bashorun’s majestic abode in New Caney, a charming little haven nestled on the edge of Houston, Texas. There, in the warm embrace of family and friends, Babatunde and Fadekemi reveled in the gift of life, the blessings that had graced their journey, and God’s protection.

The ceremony’s highlight was the presentation of Mrs. Bashorun’s Tesla 2023 special performance car as a birthday gift to her visibly grateful husband.

“My husband’s love for a Tesla car was almost becoming an obsession, a fantasy, and an illusion. I am glad I am in a position to enable the actualization of his dream. It was supposed to be a surprise gift, a perfectly hatched plan until this afternoon after the purchase when the documents relating to the purchase were transmitted to our residence Tesla solar system apps. Nevertheless, it is quite a moment for our family, and I thank God for enabling us to witness another memorable moment in my husband’s life. Being in a position to put a smile on his face in a moment like this as his wife is quite fulfilling,” Mrs. Bashorun concluded.”

As the star of the day, Mr. Bashorun stood before his guests with a heart overflowing with gratitude. With a twinkle in his eye, he shared the secret behind his journey thus far – “Ore Ofe” or God’s grace. “You see,” he began, “my being here today isn’t due to perfection or intelligence. Some may think it’s because I eat well, but I know it’s the shimmering light of the Almighty’s grace that has guided my path.”

He continued, his voice brimming with love, “I am truly blessed with a spectacular wife who keeps me youthful and fills my days with laughter. I have countless reasons to thank God above for showering me with blessings. It is a privilege, a gift, and a touch of that special grace – ore-ofe.”

As the night unfolded, Mr. Bashorun revealed a long-held dream of his – the desire to own a Tesla. Yet, time and again, he had set aside his wishes to tend to the needs of his family. But the ever-loving and selfless Fadekemi, his wife, insisted that he should chase his dreams, and so, she took it upon herself to visit a Tesla dealership and set the wheels in motion. My wife is just an awesome, fearless, and supportive woman, the engine that drives the family”.

Michelle and Olusola and Taofeek Bashorun, with hearts brimming with love, joined the chorus of the day’s festivities, showering their father with heartfelt wishes on this momentous occasion. “We are simply spellbound by the gift,” they exclaimed. Words cannot truly capture our gratitude for this remarkable man. We hope that this gesture shines a light on just a sliver of the love and admiration he deserves. Their words danced with joy as they congratulated the honoree, his enchanting wife, and their lovely family on this unforgettable milestone, wishing them a future filled with even greater accomplishments.
